Please note, mortgage payments made on Dec. 1 or Dec. 2 will post on Dec. 3. However, payments will not be visible in Online & Mobile Banking until Dec. 4. Rest assured, the effective date of your payment will be the date you made your payment.
Payments can be made once you are logged into Online & Mobile Banking or via mail by sending your payment to:

How to make a mortgage or home equity loan payment in Online & Mobile Banking
From the VyStar Credit Union Website:
From the VyStar Credit Union homepage, go to the Login tab in the upper right corner
On the login page, enter your username and password to access your account.
On your Accounts page, click on the loan you'd like to make a payment on.
In the top left-hand corner, click Make a Payment.
Fill in the required fields in the window, including Add a Payment.
Fill in your routing number, account number, and specify whether it's a checking or savings account, then click Save.
Confirm your payment by selecting Authorize Payment.
From the VyStar Credit Union Mobile App:
On your mobile device, log into the VyStar Credit Union app using your username and password.
Choose the loan you'd like to make a payment on.
Select the three dots in the top left-hand corner.
Complete the required fields in the window and choose which payment method you'd like to use.
Select Submit Payment.

Log into Online & Mobile Banking. Upon logging in, you will simply select your mortgage or home equity loan and the enhanced experience will launch. If you are not a borrower and are only on title for legal purposes you will not be able to open the mortgage in the enhanced platform for compliance and privacy purposes.

From the VyStar Credit Union Website:
From the VyStar Credit Union homepage, go to the Login tab in the upper right corner.
On the login page, enter your username and password.
On your Accounts page, click on the loan you'd like to enroll in Autopay.
Navigate to the Enroll in Autopay button on your dashboard.
Fill in the required fields in the window.
Select Add a payment method.
Fill in your routing number, account number, and specify whether it is a checking or savings account.
Select Save.
Select Authorize Enrollment on your mobile device.
From the VyStar Credit Union Mobile App:
Log into the VyStar Credit Union app using your username and password.
Choose the loan you'd like to enroll in Autopay.
Select the three dots in the top left-hand corner.
Scroll down and select Enroll in Autopay.
Fill out all the required fields, including which payment method you'd like to use.
Select Authorize Enrollment.
The enhanced mortgage experience is live in Online & Mobile Banking. You can make payments, obtain a payoff quote, submit requests directly to VyStar and more.

Mortgage statements will be available 2-3 business days after a payment is received or a late fee is assessed.
Home equity loan statements will be available 3-5 business days after the 5th of the month.

Navigate to the middle of the page and select the View Loan tab.
Go to the Taxes and Insurance section.
You can choose between Show All, Upcoming, Year to Date, and 2023 tabs to view escrow account activity.
From the VyStar Credit Union Mobile App:
On your mobile device, log into the VyStar Credit Union app using your username and password.
On the Accounts page, choose the loan for which you'd like to see your escrow details.
Click on the three dots in the top left corner.
Scroll down to the Taxes and Insurance section.
Click the Show All, Upcoming, Year to Date, and 2023 tabs.
Yes. You will have more information at your fingertips than ever before. You will be able to view and service your mortgage or home equity loan as well as your escrow account. Additionally, you will be able set up monthly ACH auto-pay, one-time payments from your preferred financial institution. You will also be able to submit requests for information such as payoffs or hardship assistance. Additionally, there will be a wealth of guides and information available to help you better understand your mortgage product.

As part of that commitment, we continually work to provide a mortgage servicing experience that exceeds our members' expectations. This enhancement in servicing platforms will provide a best-in-class experience, empowering our members with more self-service options within Online & Mobile Banking to manage their mortgage or home equity loan at their own pace. As always, if any assistance is ever needed, we are here to help.
Functionality with Quicken will not be included within our new platform. However, you can easily export any needed financial data and import into Quicken. We will provide additional information within the platform to guide you through this process.
While you will continue to receive these reminders and notifications, it is important to note some changes you can expect. Moving forward, these notifications and reminders will come from our mortgage servicing-specific online platform, not through Online & Mobile Banking. You will be able to adjust which notifications you receive and when you receive them. We will provide additional information about this change in the educational portion of the new experience.
