Learn to make a loan payment. This video guides you through logging in, selecting your loan, entering payment info, and confirming the payment on both the website and app.
How To Make a Mortgage or Home Equity Loan Payment from the VyStar Credit Union Website:
From the VyStar Credit Union homepage, go to the Login tab in the upper right corner
On the login page, enter your username and password to access your account.
On your Accounts page, click on the loan you'd like to make a payment on.
In the top left-hand corner, click Make a Payment.
Fill in the required fields in the window, including Add a Payment.
Fill in your routing number, account number, and specify whether it's a checking or savings account, then click Save.
Confirm your payment by selecting Authorize Payment.
How To Make a Mortgage or Home Equity Loan Payment from the VyStar Credit Union Mobile App:
On your mobile device, log into the VyStar Credit Union app using your username and password.
Choose the loan you'd like to make a payment on.
Select the three dots in the top left-hand corner.
Complete the required fields in the window and choose which payment method you'd like to use.
Select Submit Payment.
