Mortgage Payment
We’ll guide you through logging in, selecting your loan, entering payment info, and confirming the payment on both the website and app.
How To Make a Mortgage or Home Equity Loan Payment
On desktop computers:
From the VyStar Credit Union homepage, go to the Login tab in the upper right corner
On the login page, enter your username and password to access your account.
On your Accounts page, select the loan you'd like to make a payment on.
On the dashboard, tap Make a payment in the Payments section.
Fill in all the fields in the window and choose which payment method you’d like to use.
To add a payment method:
Select Add Payment Method in the Payment Method dropdown.
Fill in your routing number, account number, and specify whether it's a checking or savings account, then Save.
6. Tap Submit Payment
In the VyStar Mobile app:
Enter your username and password to access your account.
On your Accounts page, select the three vertical dots next to the loan you’d like to make a payment on.
Select Make a Payment.
Choose the account to transfer from, the transfer amount, frequency, and transfer date. *Make sure your account information is correct.
Submit.
