How to Request a HELOC Advance
Use the VyStar Credit Union website and mobile app to log in and request a HELOC advance.
How To Find Your Escrow Account Details from the VyStar Credit Union Website:
From the VyStar Credit Union homepage, go to the Login tab in the upper right corner.
On the login page, enter your username and password to access your account.
On the Accounts page, choose the loan for which you want to take the advance from.
On your dashboard, select "My Loans".
Select "Request Advance".
Enter the amount you want to request.
If it is your first time, add the VyStar checking or savings account for deposit.
Select "Confirm Request".
How To Find Your Escrow Account Details from the VyStar Credit Union Mobile App:
On your mobile device, log into the VyStar Credit Union app using your username and password.
On the Accounts page, choose the loan for which you'd like to see your escrow details.
Select the three dots in the top left corner.
Go to "My Loans" section and select "Request Advance".
Add the VyStar checking or savings account for deposit.
Enter the amount you want to request.
Select "Confirm Request".
