Mortgage Payoff
The video explains how to request a loan payoff quote using the VyStar Credit Union website and mobile app. It includes steps for logging in, selecting the loan, navigating to the loan payoff section, and requesting a payoff quote.
How To Pay Off Your Mortgage or Home Equity Loan from the VyStar Credit Union Website:
From the VyStar Credit Union homepage, go to the Login tab in the upper right corner.
On the login page, enter your username and password to access your account.
On your Accounts page, click on the loan you would like to pay off.
Next, select the payment tile in the upper left corner of your screen.
Scroll down to the Loan Payoff section.
Click on the View Quote tab inside the box.
A Payoff Quote request has been made, and you can expect to receive a quote within the next three business days.
How To Payoff Your Mortgage or Home Equity Loan from the VyStar Credit Union Mobile App:
On your mobile device, log into the VyStar Credit Union app using your username and password.
On your Accounts page, choose the loan you would like to pay off.
Click on Select the three dots in the top left-hand corner.
Navigate to the Payments section.
Select the View Quote tab inside the box.
A Payoff Quote request has been made, and you can expect to receive a quote within the next three business days.
