Set Up and Manage Account Alerts
Adding alerts to your account is a great way to stay on top of your spending habits. Account alerts help track when your money enters and leaves your account. Set up alerts to know when your card was used or to help avoid overdrafts – it’s like having a personal teller on your device.
Trying to decide which alerts you’ll want? Don't worry, Security Alerts are automatically enabled so we’ll help keep your account secure while you decide which alerts best fit your needs. You can choose from Account and Transaction Alerts.
Set up alerts in just a few simple steps:
From the Profile & Settings menu select Manage Alerts.
If you're on mobile, look for the More button in the bottom navigation (skip this step if you're on a computer).
Select Profile & Settings.
Choose your communication preference (email text or push notification). *Push notifications are automatically enabled if you've already downloaded the app
Use the toggle buttons to turn on and off the alert you wish to receive. Be sure to check the expanded view to see which alerts are available. Your selection will be applied to all accounts under this account type category (i.e. Checking, Savings). The expanded view also allows you to individually select accounts with alerts.
