SMS Short Code Terms & Conditions

VyStar offers members the option to receive two types of alerts:

  1. multi-factor authentication through a one-time text message sent by VyStar from 25985 when members call to request information by phone, and

  2. transaction alerts on existing accounts through online banking sent by VyStar from 364633 or 898827. Transaction alerts include the option to request notification when certain transactions post on deposit accounts, reminders when payments are due or past due on active loan accounts, or reminders when certificates of deposit are maturing. All alerts listed above are optional.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary depending on which alerts you request to receive and the specific transactions on your accounts.
