SMS Short Code Privacy Policy

This Short Code Program Privacy Policy applies to all information obtained by VyStar Credit Union about our members when you subscribe to or interact with our SMS programs, which include sending the following message types from the short code numbers listed, and are associated with the following terms and conditions:

  • Account servicing messages, such as transaction alerts on your VyStar accounts may be sent from 364663 or 898827. Frequency of text messages may vary.

  • A one-time passcode may be sent by VyStar from 25985, 364663 or 898827 if you contact us by telephone to request information or a transaction on your account(s). One message is sent after obtaining your verbal authorization.

  • Information that we obtain from you through the short code program will not be sold to third parties or shared with third parties under terms that would permit them to use such information for their marketing purposes.

These terms and conditions apply to all programs:

  • Text "STOP" to end further messages or “HELP” for assistance.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
