How do I make a loan payment via Online Banking?

Move money from your VyStar savings, checking, or money market account or your account at another institution to pay your loan using Online & Mobile Banking. It works like any other transfer and you can do it any time you wish, in any amount.

1. Log in to Online & Mobile Banking from the VyStar Mobile app or your computer.

2. Select Pay & Transfer on your computer or Transfers in the VyStar Mobile app.

3. Select Internal or External Transfer.

4. Select the loan account in the To section and enter the amount and frequency on the transaction.

5. Select continue and then done

How do I make a loan payment via Magic*Touch?

Easily make a payment using Magic*Touch, our voice response phone service. With your member number and Magic*Touch PIN, you can transfer from your checking, savings or money market accounts to your VyStar loan.

1. Call 904-777-6001 or 800-235-6289.

2. Enter your Magic*Touch PIN and follow the voice directions for making a VyStar Loan payment. Learn more about all our services.

How do I make a loan payment with Automatic Funds Transfer Service (AFTS)?

Have your loan payments (except credit cards) automatically deducted from your VyStar accounts. Once this service is set up, all you have to do is make sufficient funds are available in your account. Call us at 904-777-6000 or 800-445-6289, option 9, or stop by a branch and we'll be glad to help.
