How to Access Statements
Whether you’re looking to change your statement delivery preferences or just need easy access to your account history – you can do so with VyStar Online & Mobile Banking or the VyStar Mobile app.
View Statements
In Online Banking, you can access statements three ways:
From the Account Dashboard, look for the more option (the three vertical dots next to the account) and select Statements.
Select an account, and from your Account Details page navigate to the Statements menu; on mobile look for the more option (three vertical dots) and select Statements.
Select Profile & Settings, then View Statements; on the VyStar mobile app, you can access statements from the More menu.
Download Statements
Select the document you'd like to download.
Your document will open as a PDF, select the Download Only tab at the top.
Your statement will be saved to your Downloads folder.
Update Statement Delivery Preferences
From your Account Dashboard, navigate to the Profile & Settings tab at the top of the screen and select Statements Delivery from the dropdown; on mobile select the bottom More menu, Profile & Settings, then Statements Delivery.
To receive your statements electronically, turn on eStatements.
If eStatements are turned off for an account, you will receive a mailed paper statement. Please note there is a monthly fee to receive paper statements.
When all updates have been made, Save to update your preferences. A confirmation will appear on your screen.
