Reset Username and Password

You can change your username or password at any time.
To change your username
Select Can't Sign In? from the login screen, or select Change Username from Profile & Settings.
Changing your username requires you to verify your identity.
Choose how you want to receive your one-time passcode and Send Code.
Once you have received your code, return to online banking or your mobile app to enter and verify your passcode.
Enter your new Username and Save to update.
To change your password
Select Can't Sign In? from the login screen, or select Change Username from Profile & Settings.

Once you have received your code, return to online banking or your mobile app to enter and verify your passcode.
Enter your new password and Save to update.
