Schedule a Payment

Bill Pay helps you organize and pay your bills, from any device. It's a secure and convenient way to manage all your bills in one place, keep organized records and save time.

Take the stress out of making payments with the Schedule a Payment option. Once you’ve added a Biller/Payee to your account, you can conveniently schedule payments from any device.

How to Schedule a Payment:

  1. From your mobile account dashboard, navigate to Payments. From desktop, start at the Pay & Transfers dropdown. Then select Pay Bills from the options.  

  2. Select a Biller/Payee from your list of saved vendors.

  3. Select when you would like the payment to be sent and review the estimated or required delivery date.

  4. Enter the amount of the bill.

  5. Select the preferred payment frequency.

  6. For recurring payments, you can also set the duration of the payment.

  7. You can also set optional alerts a specific number of days before payments and once payment is sent.

  8. Continue to schedule, then Pay to confirm.

  9. Payments that are pending or delivered are listed on the confirmation screen. On your desktop, these will also display on the right under the Payees tab. Future scheduled payments can be updated or canceled prior to the send date.
