University of Florida Athletics
The University of Florida has 48 National Championships in a variety of sports. The school’s football team plays in the Southeastern Conference. Each year, VyStar recognizes a military member or veteran on the field during a football game as part of the Honor Your Hero Contest.
Gators Men's Basketball Ticket Discounts
Congratulations to the Florida Gators men's basketball team for winning the 2025 national championship. Honor Your Hero
Each year VyStar Credit Union is invites members and the public to participate in the “Honor Your Hero” contest to recognize active duty and military veterans for their service. Those who are nominated will have a chance to be recognized at an upcoming University of Florida, Florida State University, Orlando Solar Bears or Savannah Ghost Pirates game, or experiences or at the Florida Blue Florida Classic.
