Maryanne Kolisnyk is the Assistant Vice President of Military & Equitable Housing within VyStar Credit Union’s Real Estate Lending Department. Maryanne has been with VyStar for three years, and within that timeframe has helped develop the Military Heroes Mortgage Program and Everyday Heroes Mortgage Program. These programs provide affordable housing options in hopes to create generational wealth for community heroes. Maryanne also oversees the Equitable Housing Team, which works with HabiJax making the dream of homeownership a reality. 

Sean Dougherty

Sean Dougherty is the Vice President and Military Liaison for NAS Jacksonville and serves as VyStar Credit Union’s ambassador to the military community. As part of VyStar’s commitment to the military community, his role is to bridge communication and support our military members financially and personally. He also helps us celebrate military members and their families for the sacrifices they make in supporting our country. Commander Dougherty retired to Jacksonville after 27 years with the U.S. Navy.
