The Navigating Home Costs Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by VyStar Credit Union (“Sponsor”) and is open to legal residents of Florida and Georgia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
The Sweepstakes begins on June 3, 2026 and ends on July 3, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
How to Enter: Enter by completing the online entry form available on https://info4.vystarcu.org/home-cost-webinar during the Sweepstakes Period or by submitting a write-in entry. Limit one (1) entry per person, whether online or by mail. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on July 3, 2026 to be eligible.
To enter by mail, legibly print your name, address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail in a #10 stamped envelope to: VyStar Marketing Department, Navigating Home Costs Sweepstakes, 76 South Laura Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Mail-in entries must be received by July 3, 2026 to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete or do not meet the requirements may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Upon submission, participants may be directed to an on-demand webinar experience tailored to renters or homeowners. Participation in the webinar is optional, is not required to enter or win, and does not increase the odds of winning. Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to VyStar Credit Union’s Privacy Policy available at vystarcu.org/privacy-statement. By entering, participants agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their information in accordance with that policy.
Prizes: Six (6) winners will be selected, including three (3) entrants who select “renter” and three (3) entrants who select “homeowner” on the entry form. Each winner will receive $1,500. Prize funds are not restricted for use toward rent or mortgage expenses. Members will receive prize funds deposited into a VyStar checking or savings account, and non-members will receive payment via ACH or check, as determined by Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $9,000 total. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on or about July 8, 2026.
Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at entry within five (5) calendar days following selection. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or fails to complete required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Prizes will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as required by law, and winners will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving their prize.
Publicity and Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Governing Law and Privacy: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Information collected from entrants is subject to VyStar Credit Union’s Privacy Policy available at vystarcu.org/privacy-statement.
Winner’s List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: VyStar Marketing Department, Winners – Navigating Home Costs Sweepstakes, 76 South Laura Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Requests must be received by October 1, 2026.
