VyStar@Work FAQs

How do the free workshops work?

We offer presentations and workshops both online and onsite at your workplace. Our educational workshops cover personal finance topics like getting out of debt or saving for retirement. We also offer onsite enrollment workshops where employees can learn about the benefits of joining a credit union and become a VyStar member.

Does financial stress really affect productivity at work?

Financially stressed employees are twice as likely to spend three or more hours at work dealing with financial matters. In addition, they’re twice as likely to be absent from work due to a personal finance issue. Giving your staff the tools and information they need to manage their finances effectively can reduce their financial stress and make them feel like they’re in control.

Does my business have to be a VyStar member to participate?

No, your business does not need to be a VyStar member to participate in our free financial wellbeing program. If you want to learn more about the program and how to enroll, just email us at wellbeing@vystarcu.org, call our VyStar@Work Program Manager at 904-420-5066 or visit any VyStar branch.

Do you offer Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)?

Yes, we offer a Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for individuals who participate in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). If you offer an HDHP as part of your benefits package, we can create a presentation for your staff about how HDHPs work and how to enroll in a free HSA through VyStar.
