Work With UsOur Founding
We’ve always been about helping people. More than 70 years ago, 12 visionary founding members at Naval Air Station Jacksonville came together to create a trusted place for military and civil service members to save and borrow money. Originally named Jax Navy Federal Credit Union, we later became VyStar Credit Union to reflect our expanding reach and commitment.
Today, still headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, VyStar is one of the nation’s largest credit unions. We proudly serve individuals who live or work within our service areas in Florida and Georgia, military members and their families worldwide and donors to the VyStar Foundation. We’ve made it easy to join VyStar because we believe the more we grow, the more good we can do.
