What to Expect

The transition to VyStar begins Friday, Oct. 11. Your 121 Financial account(s) will be converted to a VyStar account by Monday, Oct. 14. You'll find important details below outlining more specific dates.

Friday, Oct. 11

  • This is the last day of 121 Financial operations. You can continue to use your 121 Financial debit card, ACH transactions and other products as normal.

  • 121 Financial’s Online & Mobile Banking will not be accessible after 1:00 p.m. EST.

Saturday, Oct. 12

  • 121 Financial branches and Contact Center will be closed.

  • 121 Financial Online & Mobile Banking will be unavailable beginning Oct. 11.

  • VyStar’s Contact Center will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to answer any questions you may have about account conversion or to provide additional information you may need. Your account information will not yet be transferred over, so our Contact Center will not be able to answer specific account questions about your 121 Financial accounts until Oct. 14.

Sunday, Oct. 13

  • The migration of your accounts to VyStar systems will take place Sunday and you will be able to access Online & Mobile Banking by Monday, Oct. 14.

  • VyStar’s Contact Center will be open special hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., to answer any questions you may have about account conversion. Our contact center will not be able to answer specific account questions about your 121 Financial accounts until Oct. 14.

Monday, Oct. 14

  • Please enroll in VyStar’s Online & Mobile Banking, or call the VyStar Contact Center to service your accounts.

  • Once you enroll in Online & Mobile Banking, you will be able to self-service your 121 Financial accounts just like you did with 121 Financial — with even more digital accessibility and benefits.

  • VyStar’s Contact Center will be open special hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., to answer any questions you may have about account conversion.

Note: If you are an existing VyStar member who is already enrolled in VyStar’s Online & Mobile Banking, you will be able to log in as normal and your 121 Financial accounts should appear in your profile after the conversion is complete.
