What's Changing

Member Number

If you are new to VyStar, you will receive a VyStar Member Number that is different than your 121 Financial Member Number. Your VyStar Member Number will be shared with you via postal mail prior to conversion if you are not currently a VyStar member. If you are already a VyStar member, you will keep your existing VyStar Member Number.

Product Features and Details

Your 121 Financial products will transition into equivalent VyStar products. Any changes to the features and details of your products would have been communicated to you in a Change of Terms notice sent via postal mail.

Account Numbers

Your 121 Financial account numbers may change to new numbers at VyStar. Your account numbers will be sent to you via postal mail prior to conversion.

Online & Mobile Banking

After your 121 Financial accounts are converted to VyStar accounts, you can access these accounts through VyStar’s Online & Mobile Banking. View our Enrollment and Login page for instructions on how to set up your account.

Contact Center

You will be able to access your accounts, make transactions, open new accounts and get support through VyStar’s Contact Center at 904-777-6000, and Magic*Touch. Please visit vystarcu.org/contact-us for operating hours.

Branch Services

You will be able to access your account, make transactions, open new accounts and get guidance and assistance through any of VyStar’s 80+ branches. To find locations that are convenient to you, please visit our locations page.

ATMs

You will have access to 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs worldwide, including 40,000 in the U.S. Please visit our locations page for more information.
