Key Actions to Complete Before Friday, Oct. 11
Due to changes that will take effect during your account conversion, you will need to complete a few simple actions to avoid interruptions to your normal financial activities.
External Transfers
The last day to process an External Transfer through 121 Financial is Monday, Oct. 7. Transfers scheduled after Oct. 7 will need to be re-established after enrolling as a new VyStar member through VyStar’s Online & Mobile Banking after Oct. 14.
Bill Pay
Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 1, you will no longer be able to access, view, edit or make new bill pay transactions on your 121 Financial Bill Pay profile. Therefore, if you normally add bills to be paid each month, we advise you to plan ahead and add/remove your transactions prior to Oct. 1. If your 121 Financial Bill Pay is pre-scheduled or on auto pay, it will continue to occur as planned. No action is required from you. After Oct. 14, you will be able to set up and access previously setup bill pay transactions through VyStar’s Online & Mobile Banking.
Past Statements and Transactions
After Friday, Oct. 11, you will no longer be able to access 121 Financial Online & Mobile Banking and your historic statements and transactions. We recommend that you download and save copies of any account transaction history, check images and statement copies that you may need to perform your account balancing and tax reporting. You can request a copy of your transactions by calling the VyStar Contact Center or visiting a VyStar branch.
Financial Transactions Needed Oct. 11 - Oct. 14
Access to your 121 Financial account(s) through Online & Mobile Banking will be temporarily unavailable starting Friday, Oct. 11 until Monday, Oct. 14. You will still be able to make transactions using your credit and debit cards, but you will not be able to service your account through Online & Mobile Banking, visit a 121 Financial/VyStar branch or call the 121 Financial Contact Center during this time. Therefore, it is recommended that you complete important financial business needed on your accounts prior to Oct. 11 to ensure that you are not inconvenienced.
Pay by Phone & Online Transfers
For external accounts, pay by phone and online transfers will be unavailable beginning Friday, Oct. 4. You can continue to make your payments through 121 Financial Online & Mobile Banking using your checking or savings account and at a 121 Financial branch until close of business on Friday, Oct. 11.
Please Note:
Your existing Direct Deposits and ACH Payments into your 121 Financial account will continue into your account with VyStar
Your existing debit card will continue to function as normal after your account is converted
Your checks will continue to work after your account is converted
