Loan Due Dates & Terms
There will not be any changes to your due dates or terms per your agreement with your 121 Financial loan(s). Please see your existing loan note for details. Before Oct. 11, you can call the 121 Financial Contact Center at 904-723-6300 or visit your local 121 Financial branch for loan due dates and terms. After Oct. 14, please visit VyStar’s Online & Mobile Banking, call 904-777- 6000, or visit your local VyStar branch for loan due dates and terms.
Lines of Credit
Please refer to the Change in Terms letter you received in the mail to view changes to your account specifically, as there may be changes to the terms of your specific Line of Credit. Please call the VyStar Contact Center with any questions regarding your Line of Credit or if you would like to request a copy of your Change in Terms letter.
Auto Loans
Your 121 Financial auto loan will be automatically converted to VyStar and all terms and conditions that you signed for your loan will continue to apply. After Oct. 14, all loan payments will need to be made to VyStar.
Boat, RV, Motorcycle & Jet Ski Loans
Your 121 Financial boat, RV, motorcycle and/or jet ski loan will be automatically converted to VyStar and all terms and conditions that you signed for your loan will continue to apply. After Oct. 14, all loan payments will need to be made to VyStar.
Personal Loans
Your 121 Financial personal loan will be automatically converted to VyStar and all terms and conditions that you signed for your loan will continue to apply. After Oct. 14, all loan payments will need to be made to VyStar.
Business Lines of Credit
Access to your current 121 Financial Business Line of Credit account is changing. After Oct. 14, please contact the Commercial Loan Servicing team at commloanservicing@vystarcu.org to request an advance on your line of credit. Advances can also be requested through the VyStar Contact Center, your local VyStar branch or by reaching out to your Commercial Banker.
Business Auto, Equipment & Other Business Loans
Your 121 Financial Auto, Equipment and Other Business Loans will be automatically converted to VyStar and all terms and conditions that you signed for your loan will continue to apply. After Oct. 14, all loan payments will need to be made to VyStar.
Loan Coverages
If you currently have GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection), MRC (Mechanical Repair Coverage) and/or Credit Life and Disability insurance, your coverage will not change or be affected by the conversion. Please call 877-997-2221 or email insurance@vystarcu.org for questions or to file a claim.
Loan Account Number
There will be a change to your loan account number at conversion. In most cases, your loan account number will be a combination of your 121 Financial member number and the loan suffix (loan suffix can be found at the top of your statement next to each loan). Example: Member number is 1234 and Line of Credit #0001 will convert to VyStar loan number 12340001. If your account number has changed completely, you will receive a letter in the mail detailing this change.
