You can use the Accel network ATM locator to find deposit-accepting ATMs in the U.S. Once you have located an ATM, select “Deposit-Accepting” and enter the zip code of the area you are searching for.
If a deposit was made at the ATM and credit was not received, you need to file a deposit claim. This can be done online by logging on to Internet Banking, clicking “Settings/Service” and selecting the “ATM/Pin-Based Claim” tab. You can also submit a claim by calling (904) 908-2329 or (866) 897-8272.
Your card can be reported lost by contacting VyStar Credit Union through one of our convenient service channels (Contact Center, Branch, or VyChat). Once the card has been reported lost, a replacement card can be provided (a $5 Card Replacement Fee may apply).

Please note: If you use a VyStar credit, RSVP or gift card at an these ATMs, you will be charged a surcharge fee.
Some ATM machines in our expanded surcharge-free network may state that you will be charged a surcharge fee. If you are using your debit or ATM card at an ATM on our Locations page, you will not be charged a fee. Simply agree to “accept” the fee during your transaction. Then review your transaction receipt to confirm that you were not charged.
If you are charged a surcharge fee in error, please call VyStar at (904) 777-6000 or 1 (800) 445-6289, option 9 to request a refund of the surcharge fee.
