Need to report a lost or stolen card? Select Debit/ATM or Credit Card, then choose any of the convenient ways listed to report your card.
If you need to file a dispute:
*Please note: Members are provided one free replacement card per year for debit, credit and ATM cards. Any additional card that is reported lost or damaged during the same 12-month period will be subject to a $5 Card Replacement Fee for mail and Instant Issue requests. However, the Card Replacement Fee does not apply to cards that have been stolen, compromised or affected by fraud.
When you replace any debit, credit or ATM card, remember to update any automatic bill payment services you’ve set up with that card. This is something only you can do and will prevent pre-established payments from pulling old card information, which could potentially cause a break in service and/or late fees.
