In April, we began the process of updating all 200+ VyStar ATMs throughout Northeast to Central Florida in order to increase efficiency for our members. This update will improve processing speeds and allow our members to do their business via ATM more quickly—a benefit that will be well worth it in the long run.

I recently met a lucky fellow who had won $2 million on a scratch-off lottery ticket. His odds of winning were approximately 1 in 2.76 million, according to the Florida Lottery, so he was a very lucky man indeed! (And by the way, he was already an active saver for retirement as well. Lucky and smart.)
April marks my first six months as the President/CEO of VyStar Credit Union—and what a busy and productive first six months it has been! I am excited about the changes that have already taken place at VyStar, as well as those that are soon to come.
While I continue my work with the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team to improve our internal processes and efficiencies, I am equally focused on ways we can make it easier for you to access and transact on your accounts, and how we can give back more to our member-owners and communities.
