If you’re a VyStar member, you’ve probably grown accustomed to communicating with us by calling our Call Center at (904) 777-6000 or 1 (800) 445-6289. Although our Call Center services are available to everyone from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., we know taking time out of your busy day to make a phone call may not always be the most convenient option—especially if you need assistance outside of regular business hours.
That’s why VyStar makes it a point to stay active on popular social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. If you need our help, please don’t hesitate to leave us a message via social media at any time of the day or night, and we will put you in touch with the appropriate representative or department as quickly as possible. As a matter of fact, we are typically able to respond to a Facebook message within minutes of receiving it. (Just remember: Please do not share your member number or account information on any social media platform.)
As your credit union, we also want to know how we are impacting the communities we serve. We encourage you to share your feel-good stories, photos and videos with us on social media.
