A few months ago, if someone had offered you a handshake, you probably would have accepted and returned the gesture without thinking. Now, considering the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, you might be more inclined to ask that person to settle for an air high-five.
This cautious frame of mind has been adopted on a much larger scale, too. As Florida loosens restrictions brought on by the pandemic, businesses and organizations are looking for ways to limit physical contact while also remaining operational to best serve members and customers. These precautions are put in place to keep people safe and healthy on the path to returning to normal operations. For many, that means adjusting to a new normal.
As VyStar reopens our branch lobbies, we will take an approach similar to Florida’s three-phased reopening strategy to ensure we are closely following state and federal guidelines. Select branch lobbies will open on May 18th, with all lobbies opening by May 26th. Individual branch reopening dates and hours can be found on our branch changes webpage.
We appreciate your cooperation as we carefully move forward, which means temporarily limiting lobby access to keep our employees and members safe.
If you require in-branch services, please call your local branch to schedule an appointment. If you do not have an appointment, a VyStar representative will invite you into the lobby on a first-come, first-served basis. However, previously scheduled appointments will take priority.

Throughout the pandemic, we have remained open and adjusted our processes to continue efficiently serving members via drive-thru lanes at most of our branches. We now plan to transition back to our normal routine, which will include some modifications.

For those who are not comfortable going out in public yet, we encourage you to use our ATM and Internet & Mobile Banking services, which allow you to complete most transactions.
