Since our Internet & Mobile Banking conversion during February of 2016, VyStar members have been asking for a few updates. Adding a memo to an internal transfer, improving search capabilities for your accounts, and offering printer-friendly options were among the top requests we received to make your online experience easier. We are happy to announce that you now have access to all of these features … plus a few more!
Internal Transfer Memo Field
It’s important to be able to track your transfers for easier transaction identification. A memo field with a 25-character limit has been added for you to add a note. Once the transfer is complete, your account activity will have an updated description. The transaction description will still have “OLB TRF” at the beginning, which is short for “Online Banking Transfer.” Your memo will be appended at the end of the description. For example, if the memo “Lunch” is added to a transfer, the transaction description for your account activity would read “OLB TRF Lunch.”
Improve Account View and Search
When on your My Accounts screen under the “Activity” sub-menu, clicking on “Change View or Search” will open a menu for enhanced account search. You will now be able to select specific date range views: last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days or last 180 days. This view applies to all accounts.
In the same area, a keyword search has been added. This is a free-form search area to help you find specific transactions quickly. You can search for a description, check number, credit, debit or current balance. Date, transaction type and category searches should still use the specified fields for those items.

e-Statements for Entitled Users
Early this year, we offered a way for Internet Banking users to provide sub-users with shared access to their account information. This feature, called entitlements, will now offer sub-users the ability to access e-Statements once they have been authorized to do so by the account owner.
Direct Connect** Has Returned
Members who use Quicken or QuickBooks software will now have access to their VyStar accounts through Direct Connect. Visit our Manage Money page for details.

**Direct Connect service is available for Quicken and QuickBooks desktop users only. Only posted transaction will be imported using Direct Connect. Any transactions in a pending status, which are italicized in Internet Banking, will not appear until they officially post to the account.
