This week, our Internet & Mobile Banking Conversion FAQ series draws to a close, and we at VyStar hope our provided answers to your very important questions were helpful. (Click here to read Part 1 and Part 2 of our three-part series.) We have some more information about the conversion that we would like to share with you in this final installment. That capability is coming. Our vendor released that feature just as we were converting to the new system. However, we want to fully test it before we make it available to members. We never release services until we have had an opportunity to fully test them. We will announce when and on what type of devices it will become available.
With the previous system, you had to enroll in Internet Banking on a personal desktop or laptop computer. With the new system, you can go totally mobile if you wish, as many consumers choose to do so in today’s world. We find many members use multiple—sometimes three or more—devices. The new system enables you to use a variety of devices the way you want to use them. You can enroll via any mobile device by using your browser and going to our full website, or you can download the new VyStar Mobile Banking App and enroll that way.
Instant balances*: Once you have enrolled in the new VyStar Mobile app, you can sign up for instant balances. Rather than logging in to Internet Banking, you can now just tap the app on your mobile device to view your balance for the selected account. We think members will love this feature once they start using it.
Improved text and e-mail alerts*: Now, upon enrolling in text or e-mail alerts, you can receive a message within 15 minutes after any deposit posts to your VyStar account. We think this is something members will particularly enjoy on paydays. As soon as your direct deposit posts, you can receive a text or e-mail notifying you that you have access to your funds.
Credit card transactions on mobile devices*: With the previous system, you could view your credit card transactions on a desktop, but not via the mobile app. The new system allows you to view all your VyStar Credit Card transactions via a mobile device.
Statements available via mobile devices*: The new system gives you access to all of your statements dating back to 2013 right at your fingertips via your mobile device.
