Should you or your immediate family become a victim of identity theft or a natural disaster, contact VyStar Credit Union as soon as possible.

Our VyStar Representatives know how to put you in touch with the nation’s premier identity theft resolution center for assistance.

Resolution Services provides you access to specialists with extensive experience in resolving financial fraud. They know exactly how to handle a crisis and will do all the work for you. You'll get what you need most, a one-on-one relationship with a dedicated advocate who you can rely on to restore your good name.

Resolution Services provide:

  • Assistance for victims of wallet and purse theft
  • Systematic notification to credit bureaus, creditors and collectors, government agencies, and relevant parties
  • All phone calls and documentation needed to resolve your identity theft
  • Comprehensive case file creation to assist law enforcement and insurance
