Electronic Security Protection (ESP)

With every VyStar card comes free protection from fraud, misuse and loss. VyStar's automatic Electronic Security Protection (ESP) offers a package of security that can help sense what is happening with your ATM, credit and check card services.

Whether it's accessing your accounts by phone or computer, making purchases, getting cash or simply knowing who to turn to for help - the security of our members and ESP's monitoring, warning and recovery services are running non-stop for you and your accounts.

Free Card Monitoring: ESP helps prevent potential fraud on your VyStar credit cards and PIN and signature-based Visa® Check Card and ATM card transactions. You will be contacted if a purchase or transaction appears suspicious. ESP is automatic - you don't have to do a thing.

Free Travel Protection: Because of international fraud that all financial institutions deal with, we monitor transactions overseas and also at many big travel destinations here at home. If you're planning a trip, give VyStar a call at 777-6000 or 1-800-445-6289, option 9. By giving us your travel dates and destination, we can anticipate the change in activity on your card, monitor your transactions and be mindful of your needs while you’re away.

Free Zero Liability: For worry-free shopping, use your VyStar Classic, Gold and Platinum cards to shop online or anywhere with absolutely no risk. With Visa® your liability for unauthorized transactions is $0. You pay nothing.

Note: Anytime a card is compromised, the old card account will be closed and a new card and account number issued for your protection.
