Have you seen a credit card chart like this?

It usually comes with solicitations and applications for credit cards and contains key information that will be helpful in comparing your other cards with VyStar’s Platinum Rewards Visa®, Gold Visa®, and Classic Visa® credit cards.

Credit Card Chart

New laws have caused some credit card programs to change to variable rates, often with higher rates than what are presently being charged on such accounts. Some changes are affecting existing fees, making them higher than in the past or creating new fees in which consumers must cope.

Our cardholders enjoy a low APR that does not adjust to a higher rate when you make a balance transfer, cash advance or miss a payment. We do not charge an annual fee or over-the-limit fee on any of our card programs. We do not charge special fees for cash advances and other types of transactions that many other credit card providers often charge.

Switch your existing cards to VyStar.

If you have credit cards with other providers, this is an excellent time to consider changing to one of VyStar’s Visa Cards. Compare the cards you already carry from other providers and department stores with ours. We will help you transfer your existing card balances without charging you a fee. VyStar Representatives are standing by to help you with your application and answer your questions. Phone VyStar Call Center (904) 777-6000 or 800-445-6289 or stop by any VyStar Branch location.

Some scenarios for possible fee or rate increases you may see with other cards:

  • Cards set aside for emergencies and seldom used could carry a new fee.
  • Cards you pay in full each month could carry a new fee.
  • Cards with introductory (teaser) rates convert to a much higher rate after a few months.
  • Cards that you make lower or minimum monthly payments on could have an increase to the minimum payment amount that is more than you can afford to pay each month.
  • Cards with rates that increase even if you’ve never made a late payment and have excellent credit.
  • Cards that increase rates when you miss or are late on a payment.
