Support for languages other than English
Call Center – All Languages
VyStar Representatives will know just what to do when you call. There’s no special number to dial or cost involved. Simply use the regular Call Center phone number (904) 777-6000 or (800) 445-6289 when you need financial service in another language other than English.
ATMs – Spanish Speaking
After you enter your PIN at one of VyStar’s ATMs, the screen will give you the option to “Continue in Spanish”. If you speak English, nothing is required.
Magic*Touch – Spanish Speaking
Call (904) 594-5483 or (888) 978-2728 for Magic*Touch in Spanish. Magic*Touch is a voice response telephone service that allows you to perform most transactions on your account over the telephone. You will be required to enter your member number and Magic*Touch PIN. If you do not have a PIN, our Call Center or any VyStar branch will provide you one.
Cardholder Services – Spanish Speaking
Dial (800) 654-7728 and press 2 for Spanish when you need help with your VyStar Credit Card or Visa Check Card. Cardholder Services is available 24-hours a day to help you when a card is lost or stolen or handle any disputes or other problems you may be having.
For any card issues during VyStar office hours, you are welcome to use the Call Center number (904) 777-6000 or (800) 445-6289 and ask for an interpreter who speaks your language.
