Bravo Savings

The way to begin your relationship with VyStar Credit Union is to open a Bravo Savings Account*. With the Free Membership Coupon and $5 to deposit into your account, you can start saving for your future needs. You savings account will earn dividend for the money you keep in it. The dividends paid to your savings account are calculated daily, compounded monthly and credited monthly.

*No more than six (6) preauthorized, automatic, or telephone transfers may be made from these accounts to another account of yours or to a third party in any month, or by check, draft or access card in any statement cycle. If you exceed these limitations, your transactions will be denied. Check VyStar's disclosures for withdrawal limitations on savings programs.

Bravo Account CD: Another type of savings account you can open at VyStar is a Bravo CD or certificate of deposit account. These accounts require that you leave your money in the credit union for a pre-determined period of time or term. In exchange for letting your credit union hold your money, you earn a higher rate than a regular savings account.

With a Bravo CD Account we offer a special 12-month rate and opportunity for you to save in increments as low as $25. We know many college students have tight budgets with little cash to spare. We want to make it possible for you to start good saving habits now and add to your CD whenever you can, to build your savings. You’ll earn a little extra interest money in a relatively short period of time.

A CD is a commitment for a period of time. If you withdraw your money early, you will be required to pay penalties. Interest paid may be withdrawn without penalty.
