Internet Banking is a secure site with the latest state-of-the-art encryption and digital certificates available to protect you and your information. The security VyStar employs is a 128-bit encrypted session. To achieve this session every user should have a browser that either directly supports 128-bit encryption or supports at a minimum of 40-bit encryption. VyStar's Internet Banking then uses a "step-up" technology to upgrade the 40-bit encrypted session to a 128-bit encrypted session. This “step-up” technology ensures that every Internet Banking user will receive the strongest SSL encryption available, regardless of the operating system or browser version in use.1 Browsers we support also provide you with the best Internet Banking experience. You may use an older browser to access Internet Banking, however the visual appearance, including colors, layout and other design features may not be the highest quality. In addition, we may block access to Internet Banking when an older browser no longer provides the necessary level of security.

To ensure you receive the best and most secure Internet Banking experience, we always recommend you utilize the most current Internet browser. The following is a listing of certified and supported browsers²:

To utilize Internet Banking, JavaScript and cookies must be enabled. Also, we recommend you keep your browser and operating system updated to maintain the most current security upgrades.

If you don’t have a browser that supports 40-bit encryption at a minimum, you can download a supported browser version from below:

¹Browsers prior to Internet Explorer 3.02 or Netscape Communicator 4.02 do not support 40-bit encryption nor were they issued with SGC or "step-up" support to allow a 128-bit encrypted session.

²To ensure maximum security of information and proper operation of our products, beta software is not supported for use with Internet Banking. Since beta software is experimental and undergoes significant changes by the manufacturer, we can only support the final, released version of new browsers and operating systems.
