How to Report a Lost or Stolen Card

To report your lost or stolen ATM Card, call

  • (904) 777-6000, option 2 – during VyStar office hours
  • (toll free) 1-800-445-6289, option 2 – during VyStar office hours
  • While accessing VyStar Internet Banking, select “Services”, then “Cancel ATM Card”. Follow the instructions within this screen to cancel your ATM card.

To report lost or stolen Visa® Check Card, Classic Visa, Gold or Platinum Rewards Visa Credit Card, call:

  • (904) 777-6000, option 2 – during VyStar office hours
  • (toll free) 1-800-445-6289, option 2 – during VyStar office hours
  • (800) 654-7728 or (800) 449-7728 on the back of your card for 24-hour cardholder services after VyStar business hours

IMPORTANT: If you have just reported your card lost or stolen, plan to make changes to all your automatic bill payment services set up with your card account. Once VyStar issues you a new card that will have a new account number and PIN, you’ll need to re-establish automatic bill payments with your new card by contacting participating merchants. This is something only you can do and will prevent pre-established payments from pulling old information that can cause a break in service and potential late fees.
