Go to an ATM accepting Visa and insert your credit card. You will be asked for your credit card PIN so be sure to know what your credit card PIN is ahead of time. Your credit card PIN is separate from other PINs you may have and usually comes in the mail shortly after you receive your credit card from us. Call us if you don’t have your credit card PIN.

Contact VyStar’s Call Center. You may also authorize an advance on your credit card by contacting a VyStar Representative at (904) 777-6000, option 9 or (toll free) 1-800-445-6289, option 9. The cash advance will be deposited into your VyStar account for you to draw on.

Stop by a VyStar branch. You may request a cash advance on your credit card at any VyStar Branch. The cash advance can be handed to you or deposited into your account.

Note: A cash advance works just like any regular cash charge on your credit card meaning is accrues interest daily. We will only make cash advances on your VyStar credit card and your available balance.
