VyStar's New Phone Menu

VyStar Improves Phone Service Menu for (904) 777-6000 or (800) 445-6289

In Member Surveys we conduct twice a year, VyStar members provided feedback on some problems they had when calling VyStar's main telephone menu. After careful evaluation and planning we have addressed our members' concerns and made necessary changes to improve our service to you.

As of October 1, 2008, VyStar has updated the main menu for its telephone numbers (904) 777-6000 or (800) 445-6289 to enhance member service, minimize wait time, and hopefully move callers to a department or employee on their first attempt.

Members could save literally hundreds of hours each month when using our more efficient menu. Our revised menu has a new script to help our members easily identify and route their calls accurately. The number of steps it takes to reach a service has decreased from 3-4 menus to only 2 in most cases. This decreases your call time and gets you where you want to go much faster. We've also reorganized the order of our menu to list our members' most used options first. If you need assistance when calling us, please press option 9 and an Account Representative in our Call Center will be happy to answer your questions.
