If you have collections questions, bankruptcy issues, repossession issues or legal or charge-off issues, contact your professional VyStar Representatives at (904) 777-6000, option 3 or 800-445-6289, option 3. If you are currently having trouble making payments on your VyStar Loan, please let us know. We want to put you back in control of your finances.

• Hours for Collections assistance are: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 8 pm; Wednesday 8:30 am – 5 pm; Friday 8:30 am – 6 pm; and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm.
• Hours for Mortgage Collections assistance are: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 8 pm; Wednesday 8:30 am to 5 pm; Friday 8:30 am to 5 p.m.; and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm.
